DESCRIPTION:Please join for us for an industry networking breakfast and panel discussion to learn how companies and contractors are using Registered Apprenticeship to fill urgent workforce gaps\, increase productivity\, and foster a competitive advantage.  \nWe will discuss the expansion of apprenticeship to nontrade occupations (Dimeo’s construction management program & Diprete’s land surveyor program) and apprenticeship utilization project goals – Gilbane will speak on their organization wide commitment to 15% of total hours on every job\, and Building Futures’ graduate\, board member\, and contractor\, Vennicia Kingston\, will speak about her experience as a subcontractor hiring apprentices (and especially Building Futures grads).\nRSVP
